COSTS & DESTINATIONS

Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US.

We ship to residential and business addresses within the Lower 48 States. Sorry, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

SHIPPING TIME

1. Stock products

Receiving Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time.

Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days.

Shipping Time: 9-13 Business Days.

Total Time: Around 10-15 Business Days.

All products are shipped via UPS/FedEx.

*In special cases, there might be a little delay in delivery.

2. Customized products

Please note that orders placed between December 10 and January 29 will experience a delay of 4-6 weeks due to the manufacturer's closure during the Chinese New Year. 

Free Standard Shipping Service: 8-10 Weeks.

It usually takes about 8-10 weeks for you to get the mirror through Free Standard Shipping Service. Products whose girth is greater than 400cm will be delivered with LTL freight service, so delivery time will take 2 weeks longer.All products are shipped via UPS/FedEx.

Rush Service: 5-6 Weeks. (Extra shipping cost: $399)

Due to the global chip shortage caused by Covid pandemic, lead time for orders placed in January, 2023 will be 2-4 weeks longer than expected. We deal with production and delivery on business days.

As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information.
