Items That Do Not Meet Your Expectation
It is possible to return the package without any quality problem or damage within 7 business days of receiving it. But you should bear the return delivery fee yourself, and a 10% restocking fee will be charged from the refund. When we receive the package and the mirror is safe and sound, we will issue the refund to you soon.
Wrong or Damaged Items
Please note that the mirror is a fragile category, and we cannot guarantee that it will not be damaged during transport. If you run into any issues, please contact us for help.
Please inspect the outer package of the item received, and if there is any breakage, take a photo and open it carefully. If the mirror is also broken inside the package, please report the problem to our customer service team promptly within 7 business days of receiving it.
It will be difficult for us to determine the responsible party for the breakage if you report the issue more than 7 business days later after receiving the package, and you may not have the position to get the full refund for this order. And we would not like to see anything like this happen.
We will determine whether to issue a partial or full refund to you or exchange the item according to the condition of the mirror received and you can keep the item.
